Choosing me as your Realtor to represent you in the home buying process is the best decision you can make as a buyer. I am so passionate about my work and will go above and my work will exceed your expectations.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer or new to the Los Angeles area, I’m here to help you every step of the way. No matter what sort of property you’re looking for, I’ll provide expert, caring and candid advice throughout what will be one of the most important transactions of your life. That’s my professional commitment to you.
After filling out a buyer's questionnaire I will have a better idea as to the type of property, how many beds and baths, and the location of the home you're looking for. I will schedule all of the showings and be there personally to walk the property with you.
Once an offer is accepted I have a list of highly recommended inspectors to make sure your future home is in great condition and worth the amount you're buying it for. Plus, inspections give us a chance to negotiate the purchase price or get credits for repairs which in turn will save you money.
Interested in selling your current property? Here are a few reasons why you should choose me as your listing agent.
Pre-Approval / Lender
I have an extensive list of lenders who are able and ready to qualify my clients with the lowest interest rates available. Whether you're self-employed or have not filed your returns, my lender can qualify anyone to own a home. If you are a first-time buyer there are FHA loans that the Government offers for homeowners.
I have my clients fill out a buyers questionnaire so I can better understand the type of home they are looking for. My goal is to make sure that I find the perfect home for them. I listen to my client's concerns, their price range, type of home, bed + bath, etc. to make finding a home as easy as possible for my clients.
I work together with my clients to find homes that fit their needs and in their budget. Once they agree to see a property in person I schedule the showings for us to view. I make a spreadsheet of the homes we had seen with what they liked about the property, disliked, pros, cons, price range and if they would consider putting in an offer or not. I add photos of the homes and their addresses to be organized.
Once my client's offer gets accepted I begin scheduling inspections to make sure that the home is a good investment for my clients. Hiring the best inspectors to take the guesswork out of is this home worth the money spent on owning it. I have a list of inspectors for the following:
