Photography/ Videography
I use the top photographers to showcase just how beautiful your home is, inside and out. My photographer comes with high-quality photography as well as dusk photos, drone images, drone video, 3D video Matterport for convenient viewing from home. The photography will be presented on the MLS and every real estate outlet on the web. The videography and drone footage will be uploaded onto Youtube.

Staging
Having your home staged to depict how truly special the space and property is makes all the difference for potential buyers. An empty space is harder for these buyers to envision the home to be theirs so I have multiple staging companies I can offer my clients. Advertising
I use different types of advertising techniques to get your home out to prospective buyers. Whether it's Instagram ads, Facebook ads, Pintrest, email blasts to every Keller Williams agent in Southern California. I design a custom website for the listing and use search engine optimization. I upload the drone footage onto Youtube. Once listed on the MLS your home will be on every major Real Estate website such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc. I can design flyers and have those physically dropped off around the neighborhoods. The more exposure, the better.

Custom Website
I design custom websites for my clients whose homes I sell. It's at no cost to my clients and I do my best to articulate the type of design for the website as the type of property I'm selling. I have years of experience in designing websites and marketing. So rest assured your home will be beautifully depicted to the next homeowners. The domain name will be the address so it'll be easy to remember for easy for people to view.
